Role Profile:

Our client who is a growing Retailer, are looking to recruit a Logistics Manager to be based out of their ever-growing operation based in Greater Manchester. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all 3rd Party Logistics Providers, across both Warehousing and Transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the partner to ensure adherence to fulfillment SLAs and KPI targets.
• Actively participate in resolving warehouse inventory issues as a result of operational inefficiencies.
• Create SOPs for order fulfillment for Ecommerce, Wholesale and Retail channels
• Act as a hands-on operational lead for all our UK 3PL sites and stores.
• Ensure inventory availability in partner warehouse to fulfill Ecommerce, Retail and Wholesale orders

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of managing 3PL contracts is essential
• Experience of working within Retail/E-commerce environments is needed
• Ability to react quickly to ever changing operations
• Strong communicator
• Previous experience of bringing an Outsourced Logistics function in-house would be advantageous
