We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a brand new, long-term project in West London. The client is a nationwide house builder with projects across the UK and a number of long-term residential schemes across London and the South East.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
• Management of sub-contractors and staff site operatives
• Deliver from 1stfix all the way through to CML
• Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
• Ensuring the project is delivered within budget alongside maintaining a professional image
The Person
Suitable candidates must have. Experience working on RC frame build development as an Assistant Site Manager. A minimum of 2+ years’ experience of working for Residential developers within the UK. A stable career history of permanent employment. CSCS, SMSTS & First aid all in date. This is an excellent opportunity for an assistant site manager to use the skills they have developed and utilise them with a professional and well-established company within the industry.
